The Blackness of Night

Lunar rays,

Light the blackness of the night,

Shadows dancing in the moonlight,

Shooting stars,

Racing through the sky,

All before the break of a day,

When golden rays,

Break through cotton clouds,

As the sun rises in the sky,

Time just ticks on by.....

The Yew Tree

To walk backwards on a path,

Not a path travelled before,

Around a Yew tree,

Seven times no more,

A tale of myth and lore,

To stand in awe,

Under the branches of the tree,

Where grave stones stand at angles,

Of those that passed before,

A whispered wish,

Cast to be free,

For in life on one's path,

What will be,

Will be,

To then find a Rose,

Upon a seat,

Colourful,

Beautiful and free........

 

Torbay

The Sun was shining,

A morning in Torbay,

To bask in the rays,

Of this beautiful day,

Looking over golden sands,

Of the bay,

The sea caresses the shore in a romantic way,

Gentle kisses of waves as they break in a

loving way,

With soaring gulls,

Drifting a high,

With a few cotton clouds,

Just floating by............

Emotions

Motions produced emotions,

Emotions produced movement,

Pathways guided stars,

A tarot card prediction,

A fool you are,

For a leap of faith,

A journey of fate,

On a path,

To an unknown destination.....

Gracing The Day

The Sun graced the day,

It warmed the heart in a special way,

Brought a smile upon a face,

Very positive in so many way's,

For when happiness shows,

That person will glow,

It radiates from them to others,

As they go along their way,

For happiness is a present,

That special gift,

To be shared,

Without a care,

For one is on a path,

Created by oneself,

The direction chosen,

With a footstep ahead,

Unknown is the destination,

With the Sun warming the day,

The Moon guiding the way,

The Sun Rises Over The Bay

To watch the sun rise over the bay,

The warming glow the start of a day,

Rising slowly the colours change,

From the dark to the shades of grey,

Orange and red start to grow,

Breaking through the clouds the rays start to

show,

On the stage one must go,

Enjoy the show.....

Dancing in the Shadows

To dance in the shadows,

At the midnight hour,

Invisible in the darkness,

No one knows who you are?

Skipping and jumping,

Between the dreams,

Nimble on the feet,

Quick you are,

Playing your part,

Until the awakening hour,

As a day begins,

Emotions Flow

The emotions flow,

Tear stained streams,

Of what the pain means,

Now to see clearly,

Of what you truly mean,

Looking through the windows,

Of a Soul,

Looking at you,

Looking at me,

Lost,

In a space, between,

Releasing the pressure,

A wall crashing down,

Removing that barrier,

Perhaps now we can talk,

For if true love exists,

After being put to the test,

For if two Souls,
